I'm Summer —

When I was in middle school, my mom let me test out an old film camera from her work and that is where my photography journey began! My first job was at 16 taking photos of my friend’s family in their backyard, and I have since photographed hundreds of families, 200+ weddings, and have enjoyed traveling all over the world for work.

I’VE PHOTOGRAPHED IN 6 CONTINENTS (I’M STILL WORKING ON GETTING TO THE LAST ONE!) AND HAVE JOURNEYED TO 18 COUNTRIES WITH MY CAMERA IN HAND TELLING STORIES ALONG THE WAY.

I’m happily married to my college boo thang, Ryan! When we travel we love to do four things: go for a walk to get to know the area, find a local coffee spot, get a dinner recommendation (food tours are our jam!), and explore the history of the area.

Our faves so far have been Barcelona & Amsterdam! We love to spend our spare time playing pickleball and finding joy in mentoring kids and young adults together.
